TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Mulata Boutique Apartments (mulataboutique.com) is a boutique accommodation located in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. These terms and conditions apply to all direct bookings made through our website.

2. ACCOMMODATION

Mulata Boutique Apartments offers boutique suites suitable for couples, families and long-stay guests. All suites are located in a modern building with elevator in a central location, close to the beach, restaurants and harbour. Free public parking is available nearby. Each suite accommodates up to 4 guests as standard. A 5th guest may be accommodated with an extra bed (subject to availability).

3. RATES & PRICING

All rates are per suite per night and are based on 1–2 guests. The following seasonal rates apply:
July, September, May: from €90–105 / night
June: from €90/ night
April: from €100 / night
October: from €100 / night
November: from €105 / night
August: from €110 / night
1–19 December: from €110 / night
11–31 January: from €120 / night
February–March: from €120 / night
20 December – 10 January: from €145 / night

The following supplements apply:
3–4 guests: +€20/guest per night

Children aged 0–2 stay free of charge. If you require a baby crib, please select it from the extra services below before completing your booking.

Extra bed (5th guest): +€15 per night
Pet supplement: €30 per stay
Mid-stay housekeeping: €60 (optional, bookable on request)
Breakfast: 15€/person/day

The following mandatory fees apply to all bookings:
Final cleaning fee: €75 per stay (applied automatically at checkout)

Complimentary towel change is available on request for stays of up to 7 nights.

Each suite accommodates up to 4 guests as standard. A 5th guest may be accommodated with an extra bed (subject to availability).

4. MULATA BREAKFAST

Breakfast is available as an optional add-on at €15 per person per day. It includes coffee or tea, fresh orange juice, choice of toast, breakfast bowl or pancakes. Breakfast must be selected at the time of booking or requested in advance.

5. CHILDREN & INFANTS

Children aged 0–2 years stay free of charge and do not count towards the guest occupancy. A baby crib is available free of charge upon request — please select this option from the extra services section during booking.
Children aged 3 and above are counted as guests and the standard occupancy rates apply.

6. PETS

Pets are welcome subject to a supplement of €30 per stay. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept under control at all times and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest.

7. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

8. MINIMUM STAY

A minimum stay of 2 nights applies throughout the year. During the Christmas and New Year period (20 December – 10 January), a minimum stay of 5 nights applies.

9. PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfer and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are displayed and charged in Euros (€). A small transaction fee may apply depending on your payment method, as detailed at checkout.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Standard period (all months except August, December and January):
Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: full refund
Cancellation less than 30 days before check-in: no refund

Peak period (August, December and January):
Cancellation more than 60 days before check-in: full refund
Cancellation less than 60 days before check-in: no refund

This policy applies to all direct bookings made through mulataboutique.com. Bookings made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective platform.

To cancel a booking, please contact us directly by email as soon as possible. The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which we receive your written cancellation request.

In the exceptional event that we are required to cancel your booking (e.g. due to circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

11. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the suite, furnishings or common areas during their stay. Any damage will be assessed and charged to the guest. We reserve the right to charge the payment method used at booking for any damages identified after departure.

Mulata Boutique Apartments accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

12. HOUSE RULES

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that you observe the following:
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
No smoking inside the suites or common areas
Maximum occupancy per suite must not be exceeded
Parties or events are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for keeping the suite in a clean and orderly condition during their stay.

13. PRIVACY & DATA

Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and communicating with you about your stay. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to process your payment. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
